Judge Robert Krause

For the past 30 years, Superior Court Judge Robert Krause has been a prominent member of the R.I. judiciary, A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Amherst College, Judge Krause received the Judicial Merit Award from the R.I. Trial Lawyers Association in 2003. Prior to his appointment to the bench by Governor Edward DiPrete, he served for several years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in California and R.I. He also has served on the Board of Directors of Miriam Hospital and Moses Brown School. Judge Krause is also a talented artist whose photographs and art have been displayed in the R.I. Superior Court, RISD Museum of Art, and Providence River Animal Hospital.
