Watch Repair
Reliable Gold offers basic watch repair services in-house, such as:
- Battery Replacement - We can replace most standard watch batteries in-house. Brands such as Rolex, Tag Heuer, and some others, as well as watches with water resistance past 100 meters need special handling are sent out to our expert watchmaker partner.
- Link Adjustment - We can remove or add bracelet/strap links at our store. Please call ahead to ensure that our resident watch whisperer is in on the day of your intended visit.
- Strap Replacement - We have access to a limited selection of watch bands that can be ordered, typically delivering within a one to two week time frame. We do not carry an inventory of straps in stock.
For more sophisticated watch repair, we send watches out to our master watchmaker partner. Please be advised that there have been long waits for some of these services, particularly when parts must be ordered. Reliable Gold cannot control this timing and we ask for your patience should a delay occur. If time is of the essence with your watch repair, we may not be the right fit for you.
